Walking Yoga

**FREE CLASS**

This grounding yoga practice combines yoga sequences, walking, breathwork, and sensory experiences. Let's take our practice to local beaches and parks around Jacksonville, and experience a new kind of movement and mindfulness.

Note: This class is free to attend. But if you feel like leaving me a small donation to keep these free classes and community offerings going, I'd appreciate it!

What to Bring:

  • Light towel or yoga mat/rug
  • Water bottle
  • A bag you'll feel comfortable carrying your stuff in as we walk
