These bite-sized yoga classes are live and hosted over Zoom throughout the week. If you're struggling to fit in longer sessions or to make the drive to your local studio, this could be just what you needed.
Join me for midday stress relief sessions, pre-bedtime stretches, meditation practices, and more!

Looking to build healthier habits, but struggling with what to do or finding the motivation to actually do it? Join me for 30-minute yoga- and somatic-inspired sessions throughout the week. We'll meet live over Zoom in small groups, giving you the space and time to prioritize yourself and your wellbeing.
These sessions are free for the first month when you sign up for a monthly membership. After that, each session will be $5 for non-members or $30 a month for unlimited access.

In somatic coaching, the goal is to help you manage overwhelming emotions and bodily sensations that are screaming out for your attention. Somatic coaching and yoga sessions are helpful if you're dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, insomnia, or physical symptoms that seem to have no other known origin.
These will be private one-on-one coaching sessions where we leverage the somatic body in order to talk directly to your nervous system and tell it: “You are safe now. It’s time to shift out of Flight-Flight-or-Freeze and into Rest-and-Digest mode.”
Somatic coaching is a multifaceted practice, and your personalized sessions and plan will be different from other clients. Learn more about somatic healing here.

This grounding yoga practice combines yoga sequences, walking, breathwork, and sensory experiences. Let's take our practice to local beaches and parks around Jacksonville, and experience a new kind of movement and mindfulness.
