Virtual Journaling Session

We often carry so much of what's happened over the course of a day, week, or even year with us wherever we go. It can be hard to just be in the moment and enjoy ourselves while carrying all of that around.

During this session, we'll start with a calming breathwork or visualization practice. Then we'll allow for about 20 minutes of journaling.
