
Although some people will tell you that all yoga is somatic yoga, that's not really the case. Somatic yoga is a practice of intention, embodiment, and mindfulness. It's also a deeply personal experience.

We'll use a combination of somatic practices like body mapping, breathwork, visualization, and others along with small, gentle movements to release whatever you're holding onto.
Please have props like blocks, a strap, and a bolster available if you have them. If you don't, no worries. You can substitute books for blocks, a towel for a strap, and a pillow or two for a bolster.
