
In this 30-minute virtual Zoom class, we'll break down the most common yoga poses. The goal isn't to do each pose "perfectly" (as there is no such thing). Instead, it's to understand the mechanics of each pose, learn different variations, and figure out how it's supposed to feel in your body.
I'll cover a different set of yoga poses in each class. If there's something specific you'd like to work on from another class you've taken, let me know!
