Hatha Yoga: Stretch

Whether you work at an office, out of your home, or you simply need a midday break, come join me for a 30-minute Hatha yoga class over Zoom. In this short but effective class, we'll wake up the body and give the brain a rest through extended holds, targeted stretching, and mindful breathwork.

If have props like blocks and a strap, please have them handy. If you don't have them, no worries. You can always substitute books for blocks and a towel for a strap. Or just skip them entirely!
