Yay! We made it through the week!

Before you run out of the house and get on with your day, let's spend 30 minutes together to gently move the body. This class will include stretches and very simple, slow flows. We'll also do some breathwork at the end to ensure your nervous system has calmed down from the workweek and to prepare you for what lies ahead.
