Hatha Yoga: Balance

In this 30-minute Zoom class, we'll do a slow, steady, and intentional practice to help you feel more balanced physically, mentally, and emotionally.

If have props like blocks and a strap, please have them handy. If you don't have them, no worries. You can always substitute books for blocks and a towel for a strap. Or just skip them entirely!
