
Our wind-down routine at night plays a big part in how easily we fall asleep and how soundly we sleep throughout the night. In this short restorative practice, we'll start with a progressive relaxation exercise and then follow it up with 3 supported and relaxing poses to prepare your body for bedtime.
Please have props like blocks and a bolster available if you have them. If you don't, no worries. You can substitute books for blocks and a pillow or two for a bolster. You may also need a blanket.
